Chattanooga Area Foodbank, 2023

After returning from his travels, Spencer was eager to begin working on food security in his community. He started volunteering at the foodbank to meet others working toward similar goals. It was here that Spencer was inspired to become a Master Gardener through the University of Tennessee Extension program. Spencer has assisted in planting and harvesting hundreds of pounds of produce and even lead a build your own grow bucket tutorial!
