Los Limones, Dominican Republic 2022

HATponics invited us to join them in their mission to build an aquaponics greenhouse in Los Limones, Dominican Republic. This construction project not only improves food security, but is also a conservation project! With its mountainous terrain, Los Limones has limited space for farming. The greenhouse reduces the need to deforest for farming purposes, saving both local flora and fauna.
