The Living Bridge Center and United Way of Northwest Georgia
Floating Tree is so grateful to United Way of Northwest Georgia for including the Living Bridge Garden expansion in their Make a Difference Day collection of projects. With the support of United Way, Floating Tree was able to add two more raised beds to the Living Bridge garden.
This expansion to the Living Bridge garden was accompanied by the honor of the Yard of the Month award for January 2026 from Keep Whitfield Dalton Beautiful!

Floating Tree is so excited to partner with The Living Bridge Center in Dalton, Georgia. This partnership includes a home grow bucket garden distribution to the clients of the Living Bridge Center as well as a community garden located at the Living Bridge! We expect this dual approach to maximize the food distributed and gardening opportunities created.
The Living Bridge clients also have access to an extensive seed catalogue to add to their home gardens if they wish!
